This is Freddie Gray. He was murdered this past week by Baltimore police. According to the official report from his killers, he was arrested, supposedly without incident, for being in possession of a switchblade. Again, arrested for simply being in possession of a switchblade (not threatening anyone or the police with it). 

You’ll see several pics floating around of Freddie: one of him being dragged away after the police broke his leg during his arrest, and others of Freddie after he was beaten mercilessly by the police (a beating that resulted in multiple broken vertebrae, a crushed voice box, and 80% of his spine being severed from his neck). However, the above photo is how Freddie’s family wants him to be remembered. Freddie was a vibrant, beautiful young man. We need answers. His family needs justice. This country needs a change.
