Recording shows a call between Officer Michael Slager, who killed Walter Scott, and a senior officer. When the senior officer told him to mention an adrenalin rush when dealing with Scott, you can hear Officer Slager laughing. This is similar to how lynch mobs claimed the black person was a criminal and could be threatening. While lynching the person, the crowds laughed and saw it as entertainment. A previous blog said that the modern form of lynching is police killing unarmed civilians. The Walter Scott case shows further proof that it is.
