do half of you even realize that mentally ill people who cannot give attention exist. do you realize that there are mentally ill people who literally cant like posts when they say “lms if you read” or send people asks when they unfollow. do you realize there are mentally ill people who literally cannot care about anyone else but themselves and maybe like two or three close people to save. do you realize there are mentally ill people who dont have empathy towards other people and not have aspd. 

WHY does the entire discourse of mentally ill people fully cater to cluster b people. its even worse when you all label cluster a and cluster c people as ableist or call us neurotypical when we cant do these things and call us fucking abusive for not being able to show affection or reciprocate feelings how disgusting do you have to be to disregard an entire group of people like this.
